Use Cases for Financial Institutes

GeoAnalytics helps financial institutions (banks, audit firms, budget funds, etc.) answer key investment and risk-related questions about the Dubai real estate market.
Use Case #1: How to find the most attractive developer in Dubai based on specific criteria?
- Go to the Developers section.
- Sort the developer list by Reputation Rating using the top panel switch.
- Apply additional filters as needed using the Filters panel.
- Click Add to Compare for 2–3 developers to initiate A-B-C comparison.
- Use the Change Metrics option to customize comparison criteria.
- View charts showing project portfolios or switch to the Reputation Rating chart.
Result: You will identify the developer(s) with the most relevant and reputable active projects that match your investment requirements.
Use Case #2: How to check the Cap Rate of a building of interest?
Option 1: Via Search
- Go to Search > By Development Project Name.
- Enter the project title.
- Open the project card, then switch to the Indexes tab.
- Preview the Cap Rate value for that building.
Result: preview of Cap Rate in percents for residential / commercial propertites.
Option 2: Via Investment Analysis
- Go to Investment Analysis > Accordion tab Property Price Indexes.
- Enable the toggle for "Cap Rate, %".
- Go to Targeting to define location and property filters.
- Configure the price radar via Geo Monitoring.
- Select the Measure tool to visualize Cap Rate, % in the defined radius.
Result: preview of Cap Rate by color gradient on map using Price Radar of Geo Monitoring.
