In GeoAnalytics (Property > CMA Analysis > Targeting), Investment Strategies leverage Smart Indexes APIs powered by real-time Dubai Pulse data to align property comparisons with your return and risk objectives.
Selecting a Strategy
Navigate to Property > CMA Analysis > Targeting and choose an Investment Strategy from the dropdown.
Corporate and private investors can choose from three presets:

Short-Term Investment
Optimized for short-term rentals (e.g., apartments via Airbnb or similar platforms).

Long-Term Investment
Focused on long-term commercial leases—offices, retail spaces, or warehouses.

Max-Yield Investment
Designed for business operations that seek maximum income, factoring in associated risks.
