Investment Analysis

Overview
The Investment Analysis section (also labeled "Analysis") is accessible via the left vertical panel in GeoAnalytics. It provides geo analytical insights into a selected location based on investor criteria, helping identify optimal business or investment sites in Dubai.
The section is organized as a vertical accordion in the left panel. Users can switch on/off analysis layers in four categories:
- Transport Accessibility
- Property Price Indexes
- Associated Risks
- Infrastructure
Analysis Layers
1. Transport Accessibility
Toggle switches for:
- Transport Hubs (airports, seaports)
- Major Roads (highways, district roads)
- Metro Stations
2. Property Price Indexes
Toggle switches for:
- Sale Price (AED per sq.m)
- Rent Price (AED per sq.m)
- Cap Rate (%)
3. Associated Risks
Toggle switches for:
- Traffic Incidents
- Flood Risk
- Average Crime Rate
4. Infrastructure
Toggle switches for:
- Metro Stations & Lines
- Parking Lots
- EV Charger Stations
- DEWA Points
- Municipal Facilities
- Shopping Centers
- Landmarks
Deal Type
By default, the map displays rental-market data ("For Rent"). Use the toggle to switch to purchase-market data ("For Buy").
