Users can draw multi-bordered polygons on the map to define complex areas for subsequent analysis of their properties and associated attributes.
Entity
A polygonal area is defined by:

The closed shape created by the user

Total surface area of the polygon, calculated in the chosen unit (sq.m or sq.ft)

Total length of the border, in meters or feet

Optional snapping to administrative boundaries or point-of-interest layers
