GeoAnalytics helps developers:
- Benchmark your portfolio against market averages
- Analyze new project locations using infrastructure and demand data
- Present data-backed pitch decks using Report Manager
Use Case #1: Benchmark your portfolio against market averages
- Go to the Developers section.
- Sort the developer list by competitor names in the left panel listing.
- Click Add to Compare for 2–3 developers to initiate an A-B-C comparison.
- Use the Change Metrics option to customize the comparison table with up to four metrics.
- Analyze:
- Comparison table of key performance indicators
- Histogram of project portfolios
- Reputation Rating chart by switching on Show Reputation Chart
Result: Visual benchmark of your developer company’s project portfolio and performance vs. competitors.
Use Case #2: Analyze new project locations using infrastructure and demand data
- Open Investment Analysis.
- Select the accordion tab Transport accessibility.
- Choose actual hubs to preview on the map.
- Also open the Infrastructure tab, then switch on Metro Stations, Parking Lots, and other relevant layers.
- Go to Targeting and configure the property filters.
- Click Show on map to view matching projects.
- Set up the radar:
- Measure: Cap Rate
- Radius: define based on your requirements
- Set: a central point
- Analyze Sale price (AED)/sq.m variation on the map.
Result: Visual comparison of Sale price (AED)/sq.m by location using map layers.
